Mike,
Can't wait until I bite into a fresh cucumber. My garden is surrounded by hills on all four sides and we have came up w/ a drainage ditch system that 99% effective during large rain storms, but......that 1% chance of a major 'coming down', my cucumber patch was wiped out. Had to replant. I see itty bitty ones now and WAITING. [smile] Here's a pic. 054.JPG

Gosh that is terrible that it was wiped out ... hopefully you can get it going to a great harvest this season ... home grown cucumbers are great!

This is what it looks like today. (the pic). I had to replant a month ago. This time last year, I was one canning fool and eating cucumber sandwiches every day. This year........Waiting. [smile]

It seems your cucumber grew nice and delicious, can't wait to see mine too. Hope to see mine is the same as yours.
